Quin Ryan

Founder — Advisor

Quin grew up in New Jersey with four brothers, where he fell in love with the sport of hockey at a young age and has been pursuing it as a career ever since. With a notable background in both college and professional hockey, along with a master's degree, Quin brings a wealth of firsthand experience to his role as a mentor and advisor.

He understands the importance of making well-informed decisions in the dynamic world of hockey. His passion for the game extends far beyond playing — he runs camps, lessons, and clinics to develop athletes with next-level ambition. His personal journey, and his desire to provide the support he wished he and his parents had, led him to establish himself as a trusted resource in the hockey community.

Quin takes pride in helping players not only on the ice but off it, offering invaluable advice and direction as they embark on their unique paths to success.

Matt Cruickshank

Matt Cruickshank

Advisor

Matt is from Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada, and excelled in AAA hockey, propelling him onto a path of success at a young age. His junior hockey career includes over 200 games in respected leagues such as the CCHL and GOJHL, and he represented Team Canada in the 2013 World Junior A Challenge, competing with and against many future NHL players. A two-time CCHL All-Star, he was appointed league captain in 2014.

Transitioning to collegiate hockey, Matt made a significant impact on his team. After his playing career, he pursued a master's degree and took on a coaching role as Skill Development Coach, eventually becoming Head Coach and General Manager — focused on developing players to the next level.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Matt is deeply committed to his community, actively contributing to youth hockey development and serving on the Board of Directors for local hockey programs.

Jordan Bustard

Jordan Bustard

Goalie Advisor — Strength & Conditioning Coach

Jordan grew up in Flanders, New Jersey, where he developed a passion for hockey at a young age playing AAA. That passion carried him through juniors and into the NCAA, where he continued to grow as both a player and a student of the game.

After his playing career, Jordan earned a master's degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology and went on to work as both a Goaltending Director and Director of Strength and Conditioning, training athletes at every level of the sport — from the AHL, ECHL, and European leagues to NCAA Division I and junior hockey.

Jordan now specializes in goaltender development through private sessions, small group training, and camps, rounding out his work with video analysis and mental performance strategies. He's committed to helping every athlete he works with become the best possible version of themselves, on the ice and off.
